苹果诉三星专利侵权索赔仍超10亿美元

网易科技讯 4月1日消息，据国外媒体报道，三星公司上周五确认最新的诉讼案中苹果寻求的专利赔偿仍超过10亿美元。

官方信息显示，在加利福尼亚州进行的苹果公司与三星公司的专利诉讼案最终索赔总金额仍超过10亿美元。而且三星公司本身也承认，最新的诉讼案苹果的赢面非常大。 3月1日透露的消息使很多人产生了误解，认为判决已经大幅降低赔偿金额(从10,5亿美元到6亿美元)。但似乎这只是误传，赔偿总金额仍然要超过10亿美元。
这次诉讼包含三星14款产品：Galaxy Prevail, Gem, Indulge, Infuse 4G, Galaxy SII AT&T, Captivate, Continuum, Droid Charge, Epic 4G, Exhibit 4G, Galaxy Tab, Nexus S 4G, Replenish, and Transform。陪审团将在8月达成的完成宣判。(秉翰)
