北京6个主要城区今明两日再度陷入重度污染，并将遭遇连续污染天，有媒体统计，今年起北京全年污染天数已占总天数近6成。《新京报》根据北京市环保监测中心数据统计，截至本月初，京城共有28天的空气质量为优良，占总共天数约4成左右；空气轻度污染以上的天数为35天，占总天数近6成。其中，1月份重度污染有5天，2月份重度污染有10天。中央气象台首席预报员马学款表示，京城的连续重污染，主要因为冷空气势力弱，近地面风力小、大气层结稳定，空气中污染物的扩散条件差，容易形成积聚效应。中科院本月初称，将在北京怀柔建设世界最大的"烟雾箱"以模拟灰霾的形成和治理，整个大气环境模拟系统预计需要5亿元预算。This entry passed through the Full-Text RSS service — if this is your content and you're reading it on someone else's site, please read the FAQ at fivefilters.org/content-only/faq.php#publishers.
